May 27th, 2012 - Decorative Birdcages...

I have had my eye on these bird cages from West Elm for a while and now they are on sale! I picked the smaller size which is perfect for my apartment. And since this weekend only, West Elm is offering an additional 15% of sale items for Memorial Day, it was less than $30! I love the idea of using birdcages as a decorative pieces, now I just need to figure out what I'd like to put inside mine. May 24th, 2012 - Important Basics...

I think every wardrobe needs certain basic pieces, including good quality neutral solid color shirts that can be easily pared with everything. I specifically needed a new grey top and found this cute one from the INC brand at Macy's which I really like for the style and material of their clothing. All the pieces have a classic look with good quality that I know I'll be able to use for a long time. May 20th, 2012 - A New Favorite...

This was my favorite purchase at H&M. I love the style, color and material of this dress that was also under $40. For anyone looking for pretty summer dresses, this was only one of so many lovely and affordable dresses at H&M, that I'm very happy I had time for a return trip. Plus, I found this great little accessory that can be worn as a necklace or a belt and adds a little pop to the outfit. Happy Shopping! <3

May 19th, 2012 - A Little More NY Shopping...

I was fortunate to spend the rest of this past weekend in NY, doing much sightseeing with family and of course a little shopping every chance I had. These adorable bracelets are from Century 21 (left) and H&M (right). Both great places to find all types of cute accesories at amazing prices! Century 21 is a huge department store where you can get tons of designer items for reduced prices - a definite NY stop worth making in my book. Happy Shopping! <3

May 17th, 2012 - H&M!

Being a huge fan of H&M which we don't have in Miami, this is one of the first stops I wanted to make once in NY. I was very excited to find this lace top which is exactly the type I had been wanting this season, and for under $30! This was only one of so many great reasonable priced items at H&M, I can't wait to go back before I leave! Happy shopping! <3

After receiving many style points on style.ly which can be redeemed for discounts on any of their items, I found this great designer inspired bracelet for less than $10! May 12th, 2012 - A visit to The Dressing Room...

Last week, I was very lucky to win a gift certificate at the grand opening of the new Synergize BootCamp to The Dressing Room, a boutique in South Miami. I went this past Saturday for the first time and I'm so happy I've been introduced to this store! They have the cutest clothes and accessories, all at very affordable prices. I had never really paid much attention to this brand but I noticed these very cute summer sandals at Macy's. I like that they're simple but still a little glitzy and fun, perfect for summer outfits. May 8th 2012 - Ready to Workout!

I'm very excited about this investment in a quality heart rate monitor by Suunto. Now that I have rejoined Synergize Boot Camp, it was time to purchase a new monitor that would really help me get the most out of every workout. After much online research for the best product / value, I decided to go for this very cute pink one on Amazon.com. Not only was it the most stylish one I found, but also has the main features I need and received positive reviews. Shamballa bracelets are one of the latest trends and you've probably seen them in all kinds of variations in many stores. I had been looking for a new duvet cover for some time now because I really wanted something that looked pretty and classic while being affordable. May 3rd 2012 - Great Daytime Bag!

I have shared several purchases from Macy's this past week because I truly felt their Friends and Family event was a great opportunity for savings on pieces that would not normally be on sale, like this Dooney and Bourke bag. I ordered this online during the sale (25% off plus free shipping) and just received it today and I LOVE it! This bag is not a carry all but it is a nice size to hold the day's essential things and has a fun sunflower yellow color that will compliment many outfits especially during the spring / summer seasons. April 28th, 2012 - Sneakers for Synergize!

As I was preparing to go back to the best bootcamp ever, I needed a pair of new sneakers and found these cute Nike ones for a great price at Macy's during all the weekend sales. I already wore them yesterday and they are very comfortable. This is my second pair of Nike sneakers from Macy's and if you can combine their regular store sales with the additional discounts mailed to card members, you are going to get a great price.
